Estimating
We typically begin by performing a full assessment based on drawings and information from the General Contractor, Designer, or Client. As we consider costs and conditions, we envision how the completed project will come together to meet requirements while exceeding expectations.
Engineering
Here is where our vision is put to paper. We begin the iterative process of designing and drafting the project while also determining how it will actually be built.
Project Management
Our Project Managers work with the Engineers to source materials, determine costs, and gather other necessary data for approval from the Architect and other stakeholders.
Pre-production
With drawings and materials approved, our Shop Manager breaks the project down to the individual tasks it will take to complete the project.
Manufacturing
Fabrication is a blend of automated output and hand-fitted elements to create consistent and precise output. Our craftsmen also apply hand finishes, paints, and special effects for truly distinct woodwork.
Installation
Coordinating with others on the site, we make sure the final product is installed properly to provide the warmth and ambiance it was designed for.
